Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur offers admission to postgraduate programs. XLRI Jamshedpur admissions are offered to P.G.D.M, FPM, and P.G.D programs. Before applying for admission, candidates must ensure that they meet the XLRI Jamshedpur eligibility criteria. Xavier School Of Management, (XLRI) Jharkhand: Admission Eligibility & Selection

Xavier School of Management offers a two-year full-time Post Graduate Programme in Business Management (PGDM BM), Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGDM HRM), and Double Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics (PGDM & MS) courses at the postgraduate level.     For XLRI admission, candidates are required to apply online, through GMAT/XAT. Candidates can apply for more than one program at the same time. XLRI admission process includes an application process, shortlisting of candidates for GD & PI, the release of cutoff, and announcement of the final list for admission.

    Step 1: The admission process begins with the application form filling. Eligible candidates can visit the XLRI official website to apply.

    Step 2: Release of Cutoff List After submitting the application process, candidates must appear for the XAT entrance test to be eligible for XLRI admission 2024. Soon after the declaration of XAT result 2024 which is scheduled for Jan 31, XLRI will release the admission cutoff list. Those who meet the XAT 2024 cutoff, are eligible to appear for the Personal Interview (PI) round of XLRI admission.

    Step 3: Aspirants are shortlisted for GD & PI Based on the information available in the application form and XAT scores, XLRI will shortlist the candidates for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview round. Apart from XAT scores and screening of applications, the institute also considers relevant work experience, academic background extracurricular activities while preparing the final list.

    Step 4: Announcement of Final Merit List & Admission Confirmation Based on XAT scores, GD & PI performance, and other parameters, XLRI will release the merit list of selected students for final admission. Candidates whose names appear on the merit list are then required to pay the admission fee before the given timeline to confirm their admission.
