North East Adventist University Admission Process

The North East Adventist University's Admission Process for the academic year 2023-24 comprises six straightforward steps. First, applicants must fill out the online Application Form. Second, a nominal application processing fee of Rs. 500 must be paid to the specified bank account, with the receipt uploaded alongside the Application Form. Upon approval, an acceptance letter is sent via email. Subsequently, tuition fees are to be paid through various methods. A copy of the payment receipt is to be forwarded to the university's cashier. Further communication is facilitated by the Registrar's Office. Admission is contingent on the discretion of the university, and the submission of accurate information is crucial.

STEP 1 - Application Form Submission: Begin your admission process by filling out the Application Form provided on the university's website.

STEP 2 - Application Processing Fee Payment: Pay the required application processing fee. The application processing fee for all courses is Rs. 500. The fee should be deposited in the bank After making the payment, upload the fee receipt along with your Application Form.

STEP 3 - Acceptance Letter: The university will send you an acceptance letter through email or WhatsApp, using the contact details you provided in your Application Form.

STEP 4 - Payment of Fees: Upon receiving the acceptance letter from the Registrar’s Office, you must pay the required fees to the bank account mentioned above. You can make this payment using GPay, Bank Transfer, or Direct Deposit in the Bank.

STEP 5 - Document Submission: After completing the payment, send a copy of the bank receipt or counterfoil to the cashier at +917005295218.

STEP 6 - Further Information: Any additional information or instructions related to your admission will be communicated to you by the Registrar's Office.

Important Notice: Make sure to produce your original documents at the time of registration.

APPLICATION FORM 2023-24

Application Form Details:

i) Choose your desired course.

ii) Specify the Application Form fee.

iii) Provide your personal information, including your name, WhatsApp number, date of birth, email, father's name, mother's name, mobile numbers, and category (SC, ST, OBC, or General).

iv) Indicate your residential status (Boarder or Day Scholar).

v) Select your gender (Male or Female).

vi) Specify if you are differently abled (Yes or No).

vii) Mention your marital status (Married or Unmarried).

viii) Indicate if you belong to the economically weaker section (Yes or No).

ix) Provide your blood group and nationality.

x) Share details about your place of birth, mother tongue, and religion.

xi) Furnish your present address, including locality, town, district, state, country, and PIN code.

xii) If your permanent address is the same as the present address, check the respective option.

xiii) Provide educational details, including Class X, Class XII, Bachelor's, Diploma/Certificate information. This includes the board, exam roll number, stream, medium of instruction, year of passing, maximum marks, marks obtained, and percentage.

xiv) Upload mandatory documents: Passport size photo, birth certificate, Class X mark sheet, Class XII mark sheet, and the Form Fee Receipt.

xv) Optionally, upload additional documents such as a Diploma/Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, Tribe/Caste Certificate, and Migration Certificate.

xvi) Indicate how you heard about the university (Website, Advertisement, Social Media, Family, Friend, Alumni/Ex-Student, Current Student).

xvii) Sign the declaration stating that the information in the Application Form is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Understand that false information may lead to rejection of your application.

Submission: Once you've completed all the required steps, click the "SUBMIT" button to submit your application.
